Dr. Karim subscribes to the philosophy that a patient consults a physician, he or she places a sacred trust in that physician, and in turn a physician has to respect that trust as he would his most revered belief. A physician is duty bound to advise his patient a test or treatment that will be of the most benefit to that patient regardless of who and where that is performed.
